SPAX® POWERTRIM™ FASTENERS

SPAX® T-STAR plus Trim Head fasteners with a yellow HCR® (High Corrosion Resistance) coating are designed for use in both interior and exterior wood connection applications often found around residential dwellings. These finishing trim fasteners are designed to countersink for a clean-flush and near “hidden” finish.

  • Cylindric TrimHead with T-Star plus drive provides superior bit engagement to eliminate camming out and facilitates single hand driving plus a flush/clean finish
  • Patented thread serrations dramatically increase installation speed
  • UNIQUE 4CUT™ Point prevents splitting and requires no pre-drilling

MATERIALS & COATING

Cold-rolled “carbon steel” wire heat treated to grade 5 durability and coated with a yellow HCR® (High Corrosion Resistance) coating system. These products are to be used in both exterior and interior applications fastening materials such as pressure treated lumber and standard general purpose wood trim products (e.g. AWPA UC1-UC4A). SPAX® recommends stainless steel for applications including cedar and redwood substrates.
